Author guidelines

Submission instructions

  1. Paper length: between 3,000 and 3,500 words.
  2. Text format:
      • Font: Times New Roman.
      • Headings: bold with a size of 14 points.
      • General text: 11 point size.
      • Paragraphs: justified.
      • Line spacing: 1.5 points.
  3. Page margins:
      • Top and bottom: 2.5 cm.
      • Right and left: 3 cm.

It is required that the document strictly follow these indications to facilitate the review and evaluation of the content. Remember to adjust the style and format of the document to the specified specifications before submitting the paper.

Paper structure

  1. Title page:
      • Paper title.
      • Full names of all authors.
      • Authors’ affiliation.
      • Authors’ contact (email and ORCID).
  2. Keywords:
      • Include up to six keywords related to the content of the paper.
  3. Thematic line:
      • Indicate the thematic line in which the work is framed.
  4. Abstract:
      • Maximum length: 200 words.
  5. Paper structure:
      • Introduction: presentation of the topic, objectives, and context of the work.
      • Literature review
      • Method
      • Results
      • Conclusions
      • Bibliography:
            1. References must follow the APA standards (7th edition).
            2. Include all the bibliographical references used in the research.
            3. The maximum length includes all references.

Paper presentations

All papers accepted may be presented in the session scheduled for this purpose. However, this is subject to at least one author completing the registration process at the 9th Workshop. Presentations will last approximately 10 minutes.

Instructions for the submission of posters

  1. Poster format:
    • The poster format should be DIN A0 (approximately 841 x 1189 mm).
    • The poster should be printed on paper, card, or photographic paper of suitable quality for presentation.
  2. Author responsibilities:
    • The author is responsible for the printing of the poster.
    • The author is responsible for the transport and delivery of the poster to the space assigned for its exhibition during the registration time indicated in the program of the 9th Workshop.
